Despite reports of a slowing housing market, Sun West Ranch has seen increased interest in home site purchases and building in the last year. Of the total 55 home sites available at the Ranch, 39 have been sold, seven are currently on the market, and the remaining nine premium home sites will gradually be added to the sales list. “We have seen a lot of interest in the Ranch this year.
