Sun West Ranch Sets Record for Property Sales Montana Ranch Community Experiences 400 Percent Sales Increase in 2005 Cameron, Mont., (January 23, 2006)—Sun West Ranch today announced a record year for property sales, with 12 premium home sites coming off the market in 2005—the most ever sold in a one-year period. The 2005 sales outpaced the previous year by an astounding 400 percent, or a total of nine home sites. “We are excited about the growing community at Sun West Ranch and the response we are receiving for our innovative shared-ranch concept,” said Ted Gildred, the Ranch’s developer and primary landowner. “We appreciate that we are attracting like-minded conservation owners who want to preserve and share in the unique Montana lifestyle we can offer—fly fishing, equestrian activities, hiking, and the quiet solitude and beauty of the Madison Valley.” There are only 23 home sites remaining out of the original 55 on the 2,000-acre ranch. Eight of the properties are available immediately, and 15 premium sites will be released to the market at a later date. Home sites available today range from four to 11 acres with prices starting at $555,000. One of the properties includes a spectacular 4,917-square-foot custom home designed by Van Bryan Studio Architects in Bozeman, Mont. and features views of the Madison River.
